What the warranty covers
The statutory warranty covers defects the device already had on delivery. Damage that happens afterwards is not included.
Covered
- Defects that were already present on delivery
- Differences from the listing, e.g. a described function that doesn’t work
- Defects that appear within the first 12 months after delivery: these are presumed to have been present on delivery
Not covered
- Drops, knocks, cracks and breakage after delivery
- Damage from water or other liquids
- Devices opened or repaired by others
- Normal battery wear from use and age
- Cosmetic wear in line with the stated condition

We reply with the next steps and tell you how to send us the device.
Repair or replacement
If there is a defect, the device is repaired or replaced. If that isn’t possible, you get a price reduction or a refund. It’s free of charge for you, shipping included.
Withdrawal and returns on eBay and Vinted
Even without a defect, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as stated in the eBay or Vinted listing. Returns go through the platform.
