Used and refurbished MacBooks

A used MacBook gets you a light, fast Mac for far less than a new one. You'll find the MacBook Neo, Apple's 13-inch MacBook with the A18 Pro chip, a great fit for studying, working from home or as a second computer. We test every MacBook by hand and, when needed, refurbish it with original parts: battery, screen or housing. Then we wipe all data and reset it. You buy on eBay or Vinted, with the platform's protection under its terms.

How do we refurbish our MacBooks?

Before sale, every MacBook goes through our tests: display, battery, keyboard, trackpad, ports, webcam, speakers, microphones, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. If something isn't as it should be, we replace the battery, screen or housing, always and only with original parts. We don't do this on every MacBook, only when its condition calls for it.

Then we wipe all data and reset the Mac to factory settings, with no accounts linked: you switch it on and set it up with your own Apple Account. The condition grade (Like new, Very good, Good, Fair) describes its looks, and the photos in the listing are real. Storage and configuration are stated in every listing.

What's the difference between a used and a refurbished MacBook?
A used MacBook is sold as it is. A refurbished one is checked and, if needed, repaired before sale. We test every MacBook by hand; when needed we replace the battery, screen or housing with original parts, then wipe the data and reset it.
Do you use original parts?
Yes, only original parts. We fit them when a component such as the battery, screen or housing isn't in good condition. If a MacBook is already in good shape, we don't replace anything: we test it and reset it.
Is the previous owner's data deleted?
Yes. We wipe all data and reset the Mac to factory settings, with no accounts linked. When you switch it on, you set it up with your own Apple Account.
