Used and refurbished Samsung Galaxy phones

A used Samsung Galaxy gets you a recent flagship for far less than a new one. You'll find, for example, Galaxy phones from the S23 series on, including Plus, Ultra and FE, plus the foldable Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip. We test every Galaxy by hand and, when needed, refurbish it with original parts: battery, screen or housing. Then we wipe all data and reset it. You buy on eBay or Vinted, with the platform's protection under its terms.

How do we refurbish our Samsung Galaxy phones?

Before sale, every Galaxy goes through our tests: display and touch, battery, cameras, fingerprint sensor, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging and all connections; on the foldables we also check the hinge and the inner screen. If something isn't as it should be, we replace the battery, screen or housing, always and only with original parts. We don't do this on every phone, only when its condition calls for it.

Then we wipe all data and reset the Galaxy to factory settings, with no Google or Samsung account linked: you switch it on and set it up with your own. The condition grade (Like new, Very good, Good, Fair) describes its looks, and the photos in the listing are real. On the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, the slight crease in the middle of the screen is part of the design, not a defect.

What's the difference between a used and a refurbished Samsung?
A used Samsung is sold as it is. A refurbished one is checked and, if needed, repaired before sale. We test every Galaxy by hand; when needed we replace the battery, screen or housing with original parts, then wipe the data and reset it.
Do you use original parts?
Yes, only original parts. We fit them when a component such as the battery, screen or housing isn't in good condition. If a Galaxy is already in good shape, we don't replace anything: we test it and reset it.
How long does a used Galaxy get updates?
It depends on the model. For the Galaxy S24 and later and for the foldables from the sixth generation (Z Fold6 and Z Flip6), Samsung offers up to seven years of updates from launch. 2023 models such as the S23, S23 FE, Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 get four Android upgrades and five years of security updates.
Is the previous owner's data deleted?
Yes. We wipe all data and reset the Galaxy to factory settings, with no Google or Samsung account linked. When you switch it on, you set it up with your own accounts.
